23Springs, a new development by Granite Properties, will be a focal point in Uptown Dallas, featuring an elegant glass office tower, two restaurant buildings, and a park at the corner of Cedar Springs and Maple Avenue. Little Ruby’s will occupy a 3,000 square-foot space in one of the one-story restaurant buildings, with a prime location facing the park.

Little Ruby’s will bring its signature all-day fare to Dallas, offering a menu that includes burgers, pastas, salads, bowls, and brunch classics. The restaurant will also feature a full coffee program and specialty drinks, embodying the laid-back yet vibrant atmosphere of an Australian café.

Nick Mathers, Founder of Wish You Were Here Group, expressed excitement about the expansion: “We’re thrilled to introduce Little Ruby’s to Dallas’ dynamic culinary scene. Our goal is to provide guests with an experience that feels like a vacation through great food, design, and an inclusive style of service. As we grow into new markets, we remain committed to maintaining the local character and comfort of each restaurant while still offering the escape our guests seek.”
