A new eatery that focuses on tacos will open soon in Bedford.
According to an announcement from the city, The Dream Tacos is coming to 2807 Central Dr, in the same shopping center as Chetra’s Kitchen. And this is important because the new concept is from the same chef/owner of that restaurant, Chetra Chau, who is known for making food “that takes you around the world.”
Taking over a space that formerly housed Crazy Cowboy Restaurant and Bar, The Dream Tacos will stay in Chau’s globe-trotting lane and feature specialty handcrafted taco creations from around the world. There will be everything from authentic Mexican tacos and smoked BBQ brisket tacos to sushi tacos and seafood Baja tacos.
The forthcoming restaurant includes covered patio space with a 12-foot fire pit to lounge around. There will also be a full bar with mixed beverages including happy hour martinis, margaritas, and specialty selections of wine from 3 PM until 6 PM.
The Dream Tacos will be open Sundays through Wednesdays from 11 AM to 10 PM and Thursdays through Saturdays from 11 AM to 11 PM.
