Garland is expected to get a new Tropical Smoothie Cafe location next spring.
Franchisee Kamran Jamal said he is excited for everyone to taste the extensive and nutritious food offerings.
“My wife and I lead a very active and healthy lifestyle,” he said. “(I) feel Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a very good brand that offers options conducive to healthy lifestyles.”
Jamal currently operates a location in Lewisville and is on the search for a restaurant location to open his third franchise in Addison.
In addition to colorful smoothies, the Tropical Smoothie Cafe menu also includes flatbreads and wraps, sandwiches and salads, as well as kid-friendly options. There are more than 1,400 locations across 44 states, and Jamal is proud to bring three of those locations to the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Renovations on the new 1,500-square-foot Garland location are set to begin in December with a targeted opening for March 2025.
