Nando’s PERi-PERi Expands Into Dallas

Diners can enjoy flamed-grilled chicken dishes from sandwiches and wraps to bowls and salads.

A South African restaurant known for its spicy, flame-grilled chicken is opening a location in Dallas. According to leasing intel obtained by What Now Dallas, Nando’s PERi-PERi will be located at 5100 Belt Line Rd., Ste. 728. There is no word on when the Dallas location for Nando’s will open to the public.

Nando’s marinates its chicken for 24 hours before it’s flame-grilled and basted with spices. The menu offers chicken plates, sandwiches, wraps, bowls, and salads.

Each Nando’s restaurant features earthy textures and vibrant colors to reflect its African heritage. Nando’s first opened in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1987 and now has locations in two dozen countries.

Nando’s entered the U.S. market in 2008 and is currently working to open its first Texas locations in Houston and Katy. Tey Tiner with Falcon Realty Advisors was involved with the Nando’s leasing transaction in Dallas.
