If you plan to build your own, you can pick a base of salad, pita, rice, and more. You can add your choice of a dip or spread—hummus, roasted eggplant, tzatziki, Crazy Feta—and then a protein such as grilled chicken and spicy lamb meatballs. The next step is to choose toppings and a dressing.

Chef-curated menu items include the Balsamic Date Chicken, Greek Salad, and the Harissa Avocado Bowl. Sweet & Spicy Chicken and Crispy Falafel are a couple of chef-curated pita options.

CAVA currently has more than a dozen locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The newest addition in Euless will be located at 2900 Rio Grande Blvd., according to a recent project filing. Work would include new kitchen equipment, restrooms, and interiors. The restaurant could be completed and ready to open to the public by summer of 2023.
