An Italian restaurant in Burleson is expanding to add a second location, this time in Fort Worth. Little Brother’s Pizza co-owner Albi Muhametaj told What Now Dallas they hope to open the Fort Worth spot sometime this summer. “The shell is completely done on the building, so we’re going through the permitting and building out the rest of the restaurant inside.”

Albi owns Little Brother’s Pizza with his twin brother, Blodi Muhametaj. Their parents opened the original location at 811 NE Alsbury Blvd., Ste. 625 in Burleson more than a decade ago.

“We’ve been open for over 10 years at the first one, and we thought we were ready to open a second one. Alliance is booming, so I thought it would be an opportunity for us,” Albi said.

“We sell pizza, pasta, salads. We do hot subs,” Albi said. The Fort Worth menu will also include beer and wine. “We might expand to full liquor, but I think for now, we’re just going to do beer and wine to start off and then see how the customers like it.” They might revisit the idea of adding liquor at the new Fort Worth location in future.

“It’s been a long process, so we’re just excited to open up this new location. Hopefully, we’ll open another one after,” Albi said. The new restaurant will be located at 9700 Blue Mound Rd. in Fort Worth.
