The space previously housed a Daisy Cleaners. Liberation Coffee is currently in the permitting process for the complete buildout. The location could open sometime this fall.

“Liberation is known for doing high-end but also relatable coffees,” said Jessica Bartley, Director of Operations and PR at Liberation Coffee. “We want to be very homey and welcoming but also have that same quality level as you would find in a really high-end coffee shop.”

Liberation Coffee offers coffee, espresso-based drinks, freshly brewed iced tea, homemade lemonade, in-house pastries, and breakfast sandwiches. “We just introduced Lotus plant-based energy drinks, and coming up soon, we’ll also have a quick-service lunch menu.”

The coffee is locally roasted by Eiland Coffee Roasters in Richardson, according to the Liberation Coffee website. The first Liberation Coffee opened in Coppell in 2016. The family-owned brand also has locations in Irving, Lake Dallas, and The Colony. Liberation Coffee also offers a coffee truck or catering services for events.
