La Souq Coffee is coming to 150 W Main Street in Richardson, Texas as part of Belt & Main. The upscale housing, dining and shopping complex invites locals to rise and refresh in Richardson, as part of the city’s core district.
The complex’s website encourages guests to find “an unmatched living experience” that features a beautiful pool and courtyard, dining, shopping and fitness all in one walkable area.
Belt & Main’s website describes it as “an effortlessly pedestrian-friendly community for all to explore, residents and visitors alike will enjoy easy-to-navigate streetscapes that give way to beautiful outdoor spaces featuring a community urban park with places for dog lovers, groups and individuals – all on the very spot the City was founded.”
La Souq has yet to publish a website or social media platforms but the filing estimates a completion date sometime this fall.
