King Donut is in the works at 3839 Parker Road by the end of this year, according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The 1,185-square-foot space is estimated to complete finish out in November.
As the space is a new build, other tenants are not yet clear. However, the donut shop will add to an area that currently offers a Mexican and Puerto Rican restaurant, as well as a Sonic Drive-In nearby.
The Wylie area also has JK Donut and Cajun Donuts. A restaurant representative did confirm with What Now Dallas that King Donut is under development at this location, but so far no website or social media is available.
