Located at 2451 Old Denton Rd. Suite 150, DFW’s newest go-to hot spot will offer several ramen dishes that are slowly simmered for 20 hours to develop the deepest flavors, along with traditional Japanese rice bowls and small plates. At JINYA, guests will discover an eclectic array of authentic ramen toppings, craft beer and an enticing cocktail menu.

“After feeling so much love from the Dallas area, we knew we had to bring more of our signature ramen to the surrounding cities,” said JINYA CEO Tomo Takahashi in a statement. “Our customers have been wonderful in supporting us so far and we hope Carrollton will fall in love with ramen this October.”

The new JINYA in Carrollton marks the brand’s 14th location in Texas and 66th systemwide. It will serve guests from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day of the week.
