Interior renovation work on the 1,763-square-foot space is expected to begin early next month and be completed by May.

The location is being brought to the area by franchisee Sohail Basirat who is a big advocate for small businesses in the state. “We are looking at a Spring 2022 opening date,” Basirat told What Now Dallas. “Just in time for the beautiful Dallas weather.”

Basirat’s company, Rosewater Capital LTD, also owns I Love Juice Bar Lakewood at 7324 Gaston Ave, suite 123 and I Love Juice Bar Park Lane at 8018 Park Ln, suite 120.

“I Love Juice Bar is overwhelmingly vegetarian, gluten-free, organic when possible, and always uses 100% whole fruits and vegetables,” he told Voyage Dallas in 2019. “Simply said, we are ‘I want to eat healthy and feel great’ type place.”

The premium fresh juice brand also has other North Texas franchise locations in Dallas’s Hillcrest Village, Allen, Flower Mound and McKinney.

Founded by John and Vui Hunt, I Love Juice Bar got its start as a gathering place for health-minded customers who wanted fresh-made juices and smoothies made with local ingredients, as well as gourmet vegetarian fare, in a convenient environment. The brand saw success from the very beginning and now has 50 locations in 14 states. It is one of the fastest-growing brands in the $5 billion a year juice industry.

I Love Juice Bar’s beverages are plant-based, gluten-free, organic when possible, and always use 100% whole fruits and vegetables from scratch. Juices and shots include celery juice, wheatgrass, “CBD Punch” – a blend of ginger, CBD powder, carrot juice and lemon – and “Early Riser” – made with apple, cucumber, lemon, blue spirulina, pink salt and cayenne pepper.

Smoothie options include “Tangy Pitaya,” “Pineapple Cake,” “PB&J,” and “The Athlete” – made with banana, spinach, protein powder, peanut butter, cacao powder, sea salt and almond milk.

Soups and bowls are also on the menu.
