“We believe everyone loves mac and cheese,” Soni said. “The customization option to tailor to your specific palate is something that we’re more excited about because you can basically customize every little aspect to what your diet looks like, what you like to eat, and specifically for diet restrictions, as well,” Soni said.

The I Heart Mac & Cheese menu features a variety of mac and cheese bowls with proteins and other ingredients, plus build-your-own bowl options. “The Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese bowl is one of the most popular, as well as the Skinny Lobster bowl,” he said. The classic Mac & Cheese is also a fan favorite.

Other menu options include grilled cheese sandwiches and Tacoroni, which can be customized by diners to include mac and cheese and other ingredients stuffed inside a nacho-flavored taco shell. Sides of Mac & Cheese Bites, broccoli and cheese, tomato soup, and tater tots are on the menu. Vegan and keto options are also available.

The new I Heart Mac & Cheese in North Richland Hills will be located at 8528 Davis Blvd., Ste. 128. “Stay tuned for the grand opening because I think the first 50 people to enter will get free mac and cheese for a year,” Soni said. Soni said they are looking to expand into other locations.
