Texas is no stranger to the confections of Sweet Paris Creperie & Café. The eatery that serves up Parisian-inspired flavors in the form of sweet and savory crêpes, cocktails, and panini, has opened 10 locations in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio since its founding in 2012. And now, the eatery has plans to bring three cafés to Dallas, not to mention another four to Miami, FL.

“We are so excited to transport guests in Dallas and Miami to our beautiful and delicious world of crêpes,” said Allison Chavez, Co-Founder of Sweet Paris. “With our existing presence in Texas, Dallas will be a natural next city for expansion, and Miami will be the perfect market to begin growth in Florida with its diverse population and vibrant restaurant scene. We look forward to supporting our Strategic Partners in their entrepreneurial journeys and hope that this is only the beginning of a national revival of the art of eating crêpes.” Chavez founded the company with her husband Ivan Chavez.

Sweet Paris’ Dallas locations will be headed by Ludovic (Ludo) Le Gall and Yi Wang, who are Strategic Partners for Houston’s Baybrook Mall Location. The two have experienced much success and are eager to expand.

While Sweet Paris’ Dallas locations have yet to be announced and we were unable to reach Le Gall for comment at the time of publication, you really should follow the crêperie on Instagram to catch of glimpse of the truly camera-worthy items Sweet Paris will soon bring to Dallas.
