A multi-unit agreement will bring the brand to Dallas for the first time. Franchisees Ludovic “Ludo” Le Gall and Yi Wang will open a total of three locations in the area.

“We are thrilled to see Sweet Paris expanding to new markets and growing even during such challenging times,” Allison Chavez, co-founder/owner of Sweet Paris, said in a release. “The accolades Sweet Paris has received are a testament to the perseverance of our strategic partners and the loyalty they’ve created among thousands of guests across our established restaurants. We look forward to continuing the brand’s growth in 2022 and giving back even more to the communities we serve.”

Founded in 2012 by Allison and Ivan Chavez, Sweet Paris is out to “revive the art of eating crêpes,” one crêperie restaurant at a time. A pretty delicious goal if you ask us. Offering sweet and savory crêpes, hot drinks and more tasty dishes, everything is made from scratch and beautifully presented. Pair that with Instagrammable decor and design and an extravagant ambiance, Sweet Paris has become a hot spot for haute social media influencers.

But even if you don’t qualify as such, you’re sure to enjoy the artful array of crêpes that are offered. Breakfast crêpes include:

  • Allison’s Parfait – vanilla low-fat yogurt, bananas, strawberries, granola, toasted almonds, and a drizzle of honey
  • The Houstonian – mozzarella, bacon, sausage, potatoes, scrambled eggs, and fresh jalapeños
  • Le Mexicain – scrambled eggs, queso fresco, refried beans, cumin, and cinnamon spiced carnitas, topped with chipotle sauce, crema, avocado, and cilantro

Sweet crêpes include Oreo cookies n’ cream, apple cinnamon crème brûlée, Nutella, s’mores and cookie butter. In the mood for savory? There’s Philly cheesesteak, chicken carbonara, chicken alfredo, and ham and gruyère. Yum-yum, for real.

There’s also waffles, eggs, soups and salads, and paninis.

The bar includes beer and cider, wine and champagne, and speciality French Riviera cocktails like St. Tropez – a lavender and strawberry frozen mimosa.

The brand has seen significant success of late. Most recently, it debuted on Entrepreneur Magazine‘s 2022 Franchise 500 list and co-founder Allison was recognized on the prestigious Nation’s Restaurant News‘ Power List. The brand also has an Eat Here, Feed There program which has provided over 314,000 meals to children in need.

There are currently seven Sweet Paris locations open and operating in Houston, as well as locations in Austin, College Station, San Antonio and Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, Mexico. Two locations are currently in the works for Doral and Coral Gables, Florida, respectively, and are expected to open in spring and fall of 2022.
