Griffin Partners, a private equity real estate investment firm, breaks ground on its newest development Port 45.

Port 45 is a Class A industrial development consisting of two rear-load buildings totaling 567,516 square feet and located at 2500 and 2700 South Millers Ferry Road in Wilmer, TX, fronting Interstate-45 just south of Dallas.

Port 45 is near the Union Pacific Dallas Intermodal Terminal (DIT) and expands across nearly 40 acres. The project will include amenities including 32-36’ clear heights, 130-135’ truck courts, LED lighting, 350+ tenant parking spaces and 192 trailer parking spaces.

Griffin Partners Income & Value Fund IV is providing capital for the development. The leasing team includes JLL brokers Randy Touchstone, Craig Jones and Kodie Comby.

Contributing members to the Port 45 development include Griffin Partners Development, Pacheco Koch Civil Engineering, Alliance Architecture and Harvey Builders.
