Sushi Sakana is planning a fourth North Texas location to offer its extensive menu of high quality dishes. Owner James Park told What Now Dallas he hopes to open at 171 N. Denton Rap Rd., Ste. 100 in Coppell sometime at the end of April or in May 2023. The nearly 2,400-square-foot-space must undergo an interior renovation before opening to the public.

Diners can try the Sushi Sakana menu at three other locations—Plano, Southlake, and Uptown Dallas. “We started in Plano. It’s a neighborhood restaurant. It’s small. I enjoy my neighborhood customers,” Park said.

Park wanted to bring another small, cozy, and clean restaurant to Coppell. “I’m happy to get in at this time, to open in Coppell. We want it to be a very nice restaurant in the Coppell area.”

The menu will feature sushi, sashimi, rolls, Korean barbecue, and more. “You can enjoy any Asian food of high quality.” Offerings include fresh fish rolls, deep-fried rolls, no rice rolls, and cooked rolls such as the Baked Salmon Roll. Fried rice, noodles, rice bowls, and a number of entrees are also available.

“I’m very happy to join the good neighborhood in Coppell. I’m very excited.”
