Coming to 6322 Camp Bowie Blvd, the forthcoming pizzeria will occupy suite 6330 in the Lincoln Village shopping center. Interior renovation work on the 1,477 square foot space is expected to be completed in July 2022.

The new restaurant is being brought to the area by franchise owners Bruce and Susan Rodgers. The couple opened their first Marco’s Pizza location in June 2021 at 301 Clifford Center Dr, suite 117.

Founded in 1978 by Italian-born Pasquale “Pat” Giammarco, Marco’s Pizza has established itself as one of the nation’s most loved, most trusted and fastest-growing pizza brands. While its headquarters are in Toledo, Ohio, there are currently over 1,000 stores (mostly franchises) in operation in 34 states. There are also locations in Puerto Rico and the Bahamas.

With the increase in customers turning to delivery and take out due to the pandemic, Marco’s Pizza has seen consistent impressive growth over the past two years.

According to a press release, Marco’s Pizza is on track to reach $1 billion in annual systemwide sales by the end of 2022 and is looking to open over 150 new stores this year.

Offering high-quality pizzas made with from scratch dough and three fresh signature cheeses, the menu at Marco’s Pizza also includes pizza bowls, subs, and salads.
