With existing locations in Richardson, Wylie, Downtown Garland, Plano, Dallas, Lewisville and Rowlett, “Customers kept asking me, when are you coming to McKinney? When are we getting a restaurant closer to home in McKinney?” owner Guillermo Torres said.

This new McKinney location will continue to offer customer favorites like ceviche and tilapia. Torres shared that each location provides customers with dishes that are only available in individual locations, “but we put our heart into every dish we make.”

Curious what those might be? He shared the Richardson location offers shrimp fajitas, Roulette offers shrimp and chicken pasta dishes, and this new McKinney location will launch with a new shrimp nachos dish that will soon be available in all locations.

When asked if he has plans for any more locations, Torres shared there will be one more, but that could be it for his expansion plans.
