A recent project filing also has Fish City Grill planned for Prosper. The filing states construction on the nearly 3,200-square-foot space at 1150 S. Preston Rd., Ste. 10 could begin next month with a completion date set for mid-summer. There’s no word on when the Prosper location might open to the public.

Fish City Grill offers a variety of fresh seafood with daily chalkboard features. Diners can start with a lump crab cake, fried oyster nachos, or shrimp and crab queso as an appetizer. The full bar provides offerings of craft beer, wine, and cocktails such as Bill’s Bloody Mary and Tito’s Front Porch Lemonade.

The menu includes gumbo, crab bisque, salads, and sandwiches such as Lobster and Shrimp Grilled Cheese and Shrimp Po‘Boy. Shrimp, catfish, and oysters are available, plus entrees of Blackened Rainbow Trout, Andouille Grilled Chicken, and Garlic Caper Grilled Salmon are offered.

Fish City Grill has more than a dozen locations across Texas and others in Arkansas, Florida, and Oklahoma.
