Everbowl offers guests a chance to build their own craft superfood bowls and smoothies. The menu features base ingredients such as acai, pitaya, and vanilla for the bowls. Fresh fruit and other healthy toppings can be added. Menu favorites include the Blue Lagoon with a base of pitaya, coco love, and blue majik topped with chia pudding, strawberries, pineapple, and shaved coconut. The Apple Up is a base of acai, vanilla, Everoats, and granola topped with diced apples and cinnamon.

A number of smoothie options are also available including the Pitaya Wonder with tropical fruity flavors and the NanaBerry Bliss, a classic strawberry banana smoothie. Craft Superfuel Coffees are available in three flavors—Acai Boost, Acai Rise, and Acai Shine.

The project filing lists Everbowl franchisee Issac Mathai as the tenant. Mathai also operates the McKinney Everbowl location that opened to the public in November of 2022. The Plano location could open sometime this spring, possibly in May, according to the project filing. Everbowl was established in Southern California in 2016 and now has dozens of locations across a number of states.
