The nearly 700-square-foot space at 7000 Independence Pkwy., Ste. 112 in Plano must undergo a renovation before opening to the public. The filing lists Justin Sloan as the tenant at the space. Sloan, CEO of Sloan Capital, is developing dozens of Everbowl locations across the Lone Star State as part of a franchise agreement.

Everbowl diners can build their own superfood bowls with a variety of base ingredients including acai and pitaya. Fresh fruit and other healthy toppings such as chia pudding and granola can then be added.

Smoothie options are also available such as the NanaBerry Bliss, a classic strawberry banana smoothie. Craft Superfuel Coffees are available in three flavors—Acai Boost, Acai Rise, and Acai Shine.

Everbowl was established in Southern California in 2016 and now has dozens of locations across a number of states. Everbowl has been popping up across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex in recent months with others planning to open soon.
