The beloved concept will begin brewing fresh pots at 744 Hebron Parkway in a newly erected building. According to papers filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, Dutch Bros will be occupying a 950 square foot space with drive-thru and walk-up service areas.
The TDLR paperwork states that work began on the $750,000 project on August 21, 2024, and is set to conclude by February 12 of this year. The facility will provide parking spaces for up to 24 cars. The new storefront will be Dutch Bros second drive-thru location in the area, joining an existing cafe at 815 W. Main Street.
Dutch Bros first started pouring piping hot cups in Oregon in 1992. The chain has proven wildly successful; 987 locations are serving satisfied customers across the United States. Dutch Bros serves the traditional coffee classics, however the menu also features some more unexpected delights, including protein coffee and energy drinks. Hungry visitors can sink their teeth into a delicious muffin top or granola bar.
