Coming to 12335 University Dr, suite 100, the forthcoming restaurant will join building three of Three Corners Plaza. Per a Community Impact report, Jam + Toast will come into possession of the building in July. Construction on the 2,488 square foot space is expected to take four to five months.

Owned by Tima and Urim Seferi and Zife and Louie Kerimi, the restaurant’s first location is in Irving at 3351 Regent Blvd, suite 140. A second location is in Las Colinas Village at 975 W John Carpenter Fwy.

But according to Tima Seferi, Frisco is home. “We are excited to bring our restaurant where we live,” she said.

Offering breakfast and lunch, Jam + Toast offers classics like pancakes, waffles, French toast, benedicts, omelets, and crepes. There’s also hash brown skillets, yogurt parfaits, and oatmeal. For heavier fare, there’s a variety of sandwiches, paninis, and burgers.

Jam + Toast in Frisco will open by the end of 2022.
