In a recent announcement, Dayne’s revealed that they were partnering with Philip Murrin of River Ranch Stockyards for the restaurant opening. “As most of you already know, Lola’s Trailer Park was faced with a situation recently which led to their relocation,” a Facebook post read. “As much as we’d like to continue our journey with Lola’s, a great opportunity has presented itself for us to move into a big space of our own!”

Until the new physical location is ready, Dayne’s will operate out of a trailer close by at 9808 Camp Bowie West Blvd. It will be open Fridays thru Sundays.

Founded by husband-and-wife duo Dayne and Ashley Weaver, Dayne’s got its start in the couple’s backyard before moving to pop-ups and finally to a food stall at Lola’s Trailer Park. The joint was featured by Texas Monthly in a 2020 article and landed a spot in the magazine’s 2021 Edition of The Top 50 Texas BBQ Joints. It has also been recognized by Fort Worth Magazine, Fort Worth Weekly, and more.

Featuring central Texas-inspired craft BBQ, Dayne’s uses 100% wood-fired offset smokers and makes their sides and sausage by hand. Meat offerings include prime black Angus brisket, bacon brisket, pork spare ribs, turkey breast, pulled pork and specialty items like pork belly burnt ends and monster beef ribs. Sides include Flamin’ Hot Cheetos street corn, loaded red potato salad, creamy mac n’ cheese, Frito pie beans, and crisp apple slaw.
