Savvy Sliders, a Michigan-based brand specializing in gourmet, Angus beef sliders, is planning its first restaurant for the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Savvy Sliders website states the upcoming Dallas location will open at 4814 Greenville Ave. The space is the former home of Project Pollo.
The brand’s sliders are made fresh to order and include other menu options such as fried and grilled chicken, spicy falafel, and fresh English cod. Hand-breaded chicken fingers, wings, seasoned crinkle-cut fries, and onion rings are also on the menu, along with hand-spun custard shakes. Catering is an option with Savvy Packs, which can include mix and match slider options or chicken fingers.
Savvy Sliders is opening its first Texas location in San Antonio, and two locations are also planned for the Greater Houston area including in Katy and Houston. The locations are expected to open in coming months.
“Savvy Sliders is reimagining the slider experience for consumers across America,” said Mark Wolok, VP of Business Development of Savvy Sliders, in a press release. The brand currently has about three dozen locations and plans to open two restaurants each month in cities across the U.S.
