Crush It! Virtual Sports Lounge is planning to expand its current Grapevine location to include more fun for guests. Owner Michael Speets told What Now Dallas that permitting is underway to get approval from the city, but the goal is to add 3,800-square-feet of indoor/outdoor space to the location at 401 W. State Hwy. 114 in Grapevine.

The new addition would take over part of a parking lot and would be turf with two large, garage doors and seating. “There’s also going to be various attractions in there that will complement my multi-sports simulator inside. So, it’s just going to be an extension of a virtual sports-type of experience in the new area. It’s going to be connected to the existing building by a hallway,” Speets said.
Crush It! first opened during the Pandemic in May of 2020. Speets said he initially intended to build a larger building, but he wanted to get the business up and running before adding more space. Construction on the expansion could begin in early 2023, allowing Crush It! to continue serving guests as the addition is complete, possibly in the fall of next year.
“It’s very exciting because this year, we’re having a good year. I think the business now is stable after having a rough start. It’s just a way for me to continue to remain competitive in the market place,” Speets said. “My goal is to keep offering new experiences to customers that are not available in the area.”
Crush It! offers multiple interactive simulators that allow guests to play golf, baseball, football, and more. The scratch kitchen features menu items ranging from flatbreads and handhelds to salads and wings, plus a full bar. “We have fresh queso, pico, guacamole. Our food I think is really, really good,” Speets said.
“We just have a very family-style environment where our staff is very close.” Speets is involved in day-to-day operations. “When you go to Crush It!, you really feel like it’s your second home, and you’re just ready to have some fun.”
