Called Roam, the forthcoming work, meet, and office solution will open at 5752 Grandscape Blvd, suite 225, in The Colony at Grandscape. Led by Peyton Day (formerly of Days Inn and Marriott) and David Salyers (formerly of Chick-fil-A), the opening of a Roam workplace in the DFW area is a significant milestone for the Atlanta-based brand.

“This location is monumental for Roam in many ways. It is both our first step in the Dallas market and our largest location to date. We have always desired to scale the business out-of-state with the hope of continuing to renew and inspire work through hospitable experiences and productive workspaces,” Day said in a statement. “We could not be more excited to partner with the team at Grandscape and for the opportunity to reshape Dallas’ view of work through unexpected, inspiring, and collaborative work and meeting spaces.”

Roam at Grandscape is expected to be ready in early 2023.

The 28,000 square foot space will feature 17 luxury meeting spaces and 70 private offices complemented by a member-only shared workspace featuring ample table, lounge and booth seating. Roam will also include an onsite coffee bar, full-service catering, business class Wi-Fi, and printing services.

“Grandscape is thrilled to have the first Roam location in the state of Texas. In staying true to our vision of world-class operators, first-in-market offerings and best-in-class businesses, Roam was a perfect fit,” Grandscape president Jeff Lind said. “By offering first-class amenities and services, Roam will complement the other businesses in and around Grandscape along with providing the surrounding communities with a brand-new meeting venue.”

Founded in 2008, Roam aims to reinspire work and meetings for both small businesses and large corporations. For the Grandscape location, the brand is partnering with architect Boka Powell and general contractor K2 Construction to complete the project.
