Culinary Dropout is expected to open in the heart of Dallas’ Design District at The International on Turtle Creek Blvd. sometime in early 2024. “I was inspired by the new growth and development of this area, it’s just a really cool place to be. This will be our very first location with a rooftop bar, and we can’t wait to add the energy of Culinary Dropout to the Dallas landscape,” Fox continued.

The space will feature an eclectic mix of rockstar art with grand chandeliers and rich leather booths. The Culinary Dropout menu is filled with favorites such house-made pretzels and fried chicken drizzled with honey. Classic comfort foods include 36-Hour Slow Roasted Pork Ribs basted in jalapeño BBQ sauce and hot wings drenched in sweet buffalo sauce.

Culinary Dropout bartenders use house-made syrups, infused liquor, and fresh-squeezed juices to create craft cocktails such as the El Matador made with añejo tequila, elderflower liqueur, ginger agave, and a dash of orange bitters. Guests can also choose to sip a cold beer while enjoying live, local music.

Culinary Dropout will join sister restaurants in Dallas—Flower Child, The Henry, and North Italia. Other Culinary Dropout locations are open in Austin, Denver, and across Arizona. Fox founded Fox Restaurant Concepts in 1998 in Tucson, Arizona. The restaurant group has since introduced over a dozen brands across the U.S.
