Chipotle Mexican Grill is adding a location at 4422 South Collins Street in Arlington by summer of 2024, according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
This will join over 3,000 locations of the beloved fast and fresh Mexican restaurant worldwide, including 281 in Texas alone. Chipotle customers can pick a bowl or burrito, adding their favorite flavors in an assembly line style set-up. The restaurant’s stakes its fame on freshness saying that “being real means making fresh food every day.”
This excludes artificial flavors, colors and preservatives, freezers, can openers and shortcuts. The restaurant summarizes their ingredient selection as such: “we only use 53 ingredients you can pronounce” — with “chipotle” being the most difficult of them all.
This focus on fresh ingredients is likely why the chain is considered a healthy quick-service option, popular amongst every generation.
