Black Rock Coffee Bar Adding North Texas Shop

It looks like Black Rock Coffee Bar is opening a location in Grand Prairie. The brand’s roots are anchored in the 3 Cs—Community, Connection, and Coffee, according to the Black Rock website.

Black Rock is a national boutique coffee shop known for its premium roasted coffees, teas, smoothies, and flavorful blended energy drinks. Coffee favorites include the Caramel Blondie, which is a caramel white mocha, or the Jackhammer with vanilla mocha and an Extra Double Shot.

Black Rock currently has several locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex including Arlington, Hurst, and Southlake. The Grand Prairie coffee shop will be located at 2570 W. Camp Wisdom Rd., according to a recent project filing. The space will be just over 1,900 square feet and will require a full build out. It could open sometime in late spring of 2023.

Jeff Hernandez and Daniel Brand co-founded Black Rock Coffee Bar in Portland, Oregon in 2008. Black Rock now has more than 100 locations across a number of states.
