At every location, Cane Rosso aims for an “authentic Italian dining experience with the highest quality ingredients, handmade dough, mozzarella made in-house daily, fresh pasta, and unique takes on both traditional and modern Italian dishes.”
The menu is an upscale take a pizza shop, with starters like Burrata & Cherries, and Artichokes Classique — with parmesan, and Calabrian Chile aioli. Other starters include a fresh capers, crispy brussels with bacon, ricotta, peppers and almonds and cast iron spinach dip.
The menu features a variety of chopped salads, sandwiches and dogs before getting to the main feature: pizza. Cane Rosso’s wood-fired pizzas are separated into reds and whites, based on the sauce base. Reds include the Margherita, Ella — with hot soppressata — the Jabronie, and the Billy Ray Valentine, which has smoked bacon, bacon marmalade, vodka sauce, sweet drop peppers and homemade mozzarella.
The whites include Honey Bastard, and Truffle Daddy, featuring truffle mascarpone, roasted mushrooms, prosciutto, and truffle oil.
If none of these unique options ring a customer’s bell, the build-your-own option leaves nothing to be desired. And the drink menu has an option to pair with any menu selection. Learn more about the increasingly popular pizza place at www.canerosso.com
