Andretti Indoor Karting and Games Planned for Grand Prairie

The venue offers fun for the entire family with super karts, arcade games, and more.

It looks like the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is getting a second Andretti Indoor Karting & Games. According to a recent project filing, the entertainment and event destination named after racing legend, Mario Andretti, is expected to open at 1670 South Forum Dr. in Grand Prairie in the spring of 2024. Construction on the 93,000-square-foot space is expected to begin in early 2023.

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games currently has three Texas locations—The Colony, Katy, and San Antonio. Two other venues are located in Georgia and one in Florida.

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games features high-speed electric super karts, a state-of-the-art arcade, laser tag, and other attractions. “We take our adventure activities to new heights, with zip lining, rock climbing, and a rope obstacle course where you can conquer your fears and master your skills. From the full-immersion experience of the Dark Ride Motion Theater to both the classic and latest in arcade gaming, there really is something for everyone,” stated the Andretti Indoor Karting & Games website.

A restaurant and full-service bar are also available to guests. The Andretti Grill menu features pizzas and calzones, wings, nachos, burgers, salads, handhelds, and more. Diners can enjoy sweet treats such as gelato, a Hot Skillet Cookie Sundae, or a Brownie Sundae. The bar features beer by the bottle or draft, wine, and signature cocktails such as Mario’s Martini and Dragster Mojito.
