Alliance Next Home for Son of a Butcher

Alliance is the next planned home of Son of a Butcher, a restaurant known for its elevated sliders. The newest location could open in Alliance in the summer of 2023, according to the brand’s website.

The menu features a variety of flavorful Wagyu sliders including the Classic with Comeback sauce, American cheese, and pickle; The Popper with fried jalapeno and cream cheese, pepper jam, bacon, cilantro, and rosemary lime aioli; and the PB&J with blackberry jam, bacon, crunchy peanut butter, American cheese, and caramelized onion. A veggie option with a black bean patty is also available.

You can enjoy onion rings or waffle fries with your sliders, and wash it all down with a shake. Several flavors are offered including classics such as chocolate or vanilla, and swanky shakes that include cookie butter and chocolate brownie.

Son of a Butcher is currently serving up its menu at two North Texas locations—Legacy Hall in Plano and Lower Greenville in Dallas. What Now Dallas earlier reported that SoB would also be opening in Grapevine. The SoB website states the Grapevine spot at 480 W State Hwy. 114 will open in early 2023.

Son of a Butcher is a concept from FB Society, the team behind restaurants such as Mexican Sugar, Haywire, and Sixty Vines.
