Scooter’s specializes in a variety of flavorful beverages including artisan espresso drinks, fruit smoothies, and its signature drink, the Caramelicious. Hot and iced teas, lattes, cold brews, Blenders, and Quenchers in fruity flavors are also offered. Guests can also grab a baked-from-scratch pastry or breakfast sandwich.

Rob told What Now Dallas it’s a good opportunity for Taylor and Travis, who will run the North Texas stores in addition to their day jobs. Rob owns three successful Scooter’s locations in the Omaha, Nebraska area, which is where Scooter’s is headquartered. Don and Linda Eckles opened the first Scooter’s Coffee in Nebraska in 1998, and the brand now boasts more than 600 locations.

The Newgards plan to open a total of three Scooter’s Coffee shops in the short term but are focusing on opening the Allen store at this time. According to a recent project filing, the Allen kiosk with drive-thru service will be located at 1535 E Main St. Newgard hopes to open the Allen location in October.
