Only since 2018 has Sky Rocket Burger been slinging singles, doubles, and triples in the Dallas area. The company’s first shop opened on Frankford Road in North Dallas back in 2017. Then, in 2019, co-owners Scott and Tio Wagner, who moved from Cali for Dallas, opened the burger joint’s first outpost in Deep Ellum, but they were only getting started.

The family-owned restaurant will add two additional locations in the coming months. The first, in Frisco, will open this fall, while the second, slated to open in Argyle, will be serving up the eatery’s signature burgers come spring of next year.

Speaking with What Now Dallas, Wagner confirmed the opening of the two locations, which have also been announced on Sky Rocket’s Instagram. The Frisco location, which is headed to 6633 John Hickman Parkway off of the Dallas Tollway, will open in late November of this year. You’ll find the eatery on the ground floor of the Sky House Frisco building. Exact addresses for both locations have not been announced. The Windhaven location will open in a New Development at NW Corner of Windhaven & Parker in Lewisville. This one is slated for summer 2022. Fort Worth and Plano locations may also be in the works.

If you’ve somehow missed the sensation that is Sky Rocket Burger, it’s important to know the eatery keeps things nice and simple. You get your choice between the single, double, or triple burger (there’s junior, too, for the little ones) or a grilled cheese. Beyond that, all you have to choose are your add-ons and your sides. All patties are ¼ LB, 100% antibiotic and hormone free beef, ground on site, and the burgers are always made to order.
