An East Dallas Brewery is in the works for 5511 Lewis Street in Dallas, a restaurant representative confirmed with What Now Dallas.
According to the related filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the project includes a remodel of an existing building for a brewery and tasting area of approximately 4,500-square-feet. The filing estimates a completion date in early 2025.
The space is near The Gym of Social Mechanics, a gym built on the principle of “creating a supportive, welcoming environment where people can learn about movement, their bodies and how to become healthier while having a good time.” It is also near VooDoo Donuts which offers a different approach to satisfaction and self-love via freshly-made donuts and with wickedly creative topics.
The upcoming brewery does not yet have a formal name, website or social channels.
